A simple clean.

Most of the time, the mechanical components in our AC/HEATING units just need some of some old fashion cleaning. Sometimes units are located in areas where there is:

  • dirt

  • vegetation

  • dryer vents

  • high traffic area

All of these play a toll on the condition of the coil and the ability to cool efficiently. With most situations, a domino effect, stressing the other components.  It may not be an immediate issue, but it will damage the internal components with time. Just like our cars, the simple things like rotating your tires maximizes the life span.

You should be aware of the potential damages caused by letting maintenance lapse,.The units that go un-maintained end up keeping us busy during the warm seasons.
